For several years, BODY BIKE International has been an important player in the market of designing and manufacturing indoor cycles, where the indoor cycling experience together with emphasis on safety has been the major focal points. At the same time, the vision of BODY BIKE International is to continually develop and improve the indoor cycling experience. We are making the exclusive and original BODY BIKE Indoor Cycles in designs suitable for any user and environment.In the mid-1990’s, BODY BIKE was established in Frederikshavn, Denmark. Today, this is still the site of our head office, and all our different departments are located here: design and product development, sales department, production, quality control and warehouse.It was getting more and more obvious that the indoor cycling industry was taking off in rapid development, becoming increasingly popular during the 1990’s, but a good indoor cycle was needed to follow the progress. In 2001, BODY BIKE International introduced the BODY BIKE Classic indoor cycle, which became an instant success throughout the world. BODY BIKE had created a modern indoor cycle encompassing revolutionary new thinking in this area. The revolutionary novelty was that BODY BIKE Classic was designed in a unique shape: protective plastic covers enclose the central flywheel and crank preventing dust and perspiration from entering, making the bike virtually maintenance free. This new thinking led to a quite new style within the indoor cycling industry, and BODY BIKE International developed the style.

 

Since the introduction of BODY BIKE Classic, BODY BIKE has also introduced another 3 indoor cycles – BODY BIKE Basic, BODY BIKE Premium HBS and BODY BIKE Classic Supreme. BODY BIKE Basic is the low-budget version of the Classic – same design except for some parts, which have been substituted in order to make it less expensive. BODY BIKE Premium HBS is the most progressive invention. It is the first indoor cycle ever to have a hydraulic brake system, and this system ensures a smoother cycling experience every time. BODY BIKE Premium HBS is the new generation of indoor cycles!

The newest introduction is the BODY BIKE Classic Supreme. This cycle is the second generation of the Classic. A completely new design and several features have been improved to suit the needs of the users. The basic elements are the same as on the Classic, but the up-dated version is a more powerful and stronger cycle - design-wise and physically.
