In better shape - how do we feel it?
"How can you feel that you get in better shape"? A really good question.
Most kinds of training we meet in the gym, is not measurable. It is not possible on a spinning class to measure either resistance or speed, so how can you know if you move your own shape curve?
A simple method to test the form procedure is to measure resting pulse rate. As our circuit is improved, the resting pulse rate decrease. Remember in this context that the resting pulse is individual and therefore not comparable between 2 persons.
There are other ways you can measure your progress, but they act more on a subjective feeling. You will feel that you get more profits in everyday life, faster recovery between workout, better temperature regulation (the ability to adapt to its surroundings) and in most cases better diets.
Overall, you will discover that you get more energy and more joy, which shouldl be designated as the main factors.
Remember, it does not help that your resting heart rate drops and your loose weight, if you do not feel that you get more profits and energy!
Again, it is about defining your own health!
How do you know that you get in better shape?
